With beginnings in 1991 TMI Group has emerged as one of the most respected names in the HR industry. As the Indian economy opened up in the early nineties, the demand for overall manpower, skilled workers, and talent surged—an opportunity that TMI took at high tide and has ever since moved on from success to success.
TM Inputs and Services Pvt. Ltd. was started by IIMA alumni, T.Muralidharan and T.M.Lakhdawala for providing recruitment and advertising services to clients in 1991. Then in the year 2000 with the dawn of the dot-com era, when the knowledge sector witnessed a shift to Digital C&K Management came into the picture backed by a strong PE fund. The new company soared in the Content & Knowledge space catering to the needs of e-Learning requirement of the corporate world.
Then in 2009, a chance visit by T.Muralidharan to a remote village in Rajasthan served as an eye-opener as he realized the skill gap between the rural and urban youth. Thus TMIe2E Academy was started to impart skill-based training to millions of underprivileged youth.

Rajesh is the founder and CEO of GoodGovern, a governance company dedicated to fostering transparency, accountability, and sustainability in Indian businesses. With over three decades of experience in general management across industries, Rajesh serves on the boards of several prominent companies and foundations. He previously held leadership positions at Axis Bank and the Tata Group, where he oversaw corporate affairs, human resources, supply chain management, and other key functions. Beyond his professional endeavors, Rajesh is a passionate traveler, poet, and vinyl music collector.

Himanshu is a passionate consultant and educator with a focus on empowering individuals and organizations through continuous learning. With over 30 years of experience in consulting and industry, he has served numerous organizations across Asia and Europe, specializing in business model design, organization design, and behaviour change. He currently teaches at the Indian School of Business and Singapore Management University and is also the founder of an early-stage software product company. Prior to his academic pursuits, Himanshu held senior roles at Accenture Strategy & Consulting and Arthur D Little. He holds an MBA from NUS Business School and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology.
Ramakrishna is a seasoned private equity professional with over 27 years of experience in the Indian venture capital industry. He has a successful track record of investing in high-growth sectors and guiding portfolio companies to achieve exceptional growth. Ramakrishna has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kotak Private Equity and has invested in numerous successful companies, including Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd, Mahindra Aerospace Private Limited, and Metahelix Life Sciences. Prior to Kotak, he worked at Carlyle Asia Venture Partners and ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited. Ramakrishna holds a PGDM from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. He currently advises several funds and corporates on their growth strategies.
Manish Kumar is a seasoned institutional economist with experience in national government, state government, and international agencies. He has worked for organizations such as the Indian Administrative Service, World Bank, and UNICEF, and is currently an International Consultant for the World Bank. Manish is a visiting professor at the Indian School of Business and Manav Rachna University, and mentors several companies in artificial intelligence applications. He has also served as the Managing Director and CEO of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), where he focused on improving labor force productivity and employability in India. Manish holds a PhD in Public Policy from The George Washington University, an MPA from Harvard University, and a BTech from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad.
A seasoned infrastructure and real estate expert, Mr. T Srinagesh boasts over 35 years of experience. He currently advises on infrastructure projects as a Principal at GPFAC and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at IIT, Hyderabad. Previously, he led successful projects like the GMR Hyderabad International Airport and raised significant capital at Pragnya Equity. Srinagesh is a graduate of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore, and enjoys sharing his knowledge through teaching and writing.
Sreenivas Nagappa has his own firm that is into Leadership Coaching and Consulting in the areas of Strategy, Sales & Distribution and Working Capital Management.
Sreenivas is an alumnus of St Stephen’s College, Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad.
He spent nearly 23 years with Hindustan Lever and Unilever in India, China and other countries. In his last role in Unilever he was responsible for two business categories for Asia.
Post Unilever, Sreenivas had a start-up of his own in the water purification space. Subsequently he was on the board of Essel Propack. And for 5 years post that, he was the CEO of the Office Depot-Reliance JV for India & South Asia.
He lives in Mumbai and is a distance runner.
B. Sudhakar is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience across multiple sectors and geographies. He has held senior HR roles at Samtel, Nagarjuna Fertilisers, Reliance, Tata Group, and Adani Group, where he was Head HR for several business units. Now an independent consultant, he has served on Indian and international boards and held key positions in industry bodies like BCCI, CII, and ASSOCHAM.
Sudhakar has extensive expertise in organizational transformation, talent management, and leadership succession. He has managed multi-cultural teams, overseen 14 acquisitions, and led large-scale change management initiatives. His sector experience includes electronics, chemicals, telecom, infrastructure, power generation, and more.
