Customer Success Manager (Market Research)

Job Description 

  • Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process
  • Qualify leads from all parties and ensure leads are captured and converted.
  • Provide end-to-end support through our client journey
  • Monitor overall governance of our process and ensure compliance 
  • Meet customers regularly to discuss their evolving needs 
  • Ensure engagement strategies for all client stakeholders are maintained and executed.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
  • Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Implement our strategies as mandated by the leadership.
  • Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
  • Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.
  • Be the custodian to manage all contracts and ensure timely renewals.

 

Your candidature – 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field
  • 7+ years of overall experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in client success position
  • Experience of Market Research services
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Excellent skills on MS PowerPoint, Excel is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in sales roles would be an advantage
