Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate customer onboarding process
  • Qualify, Capture and Convert leads 
  • Governance of CS process and ensure compliance 
  • Engagement strategy for all stakeholders. 
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
  • Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Implement CS strategies  
  • Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
  • Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.

 

Candidate needs to have – 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field
  • 7+ years of overall experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in client success position 
  • Working knowledge at least one CRM tool.
  • Excellent skills on MS PowerPoint, Excel is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in sales roles would be an advantage
