Job Description
*Sourcing right profile matching the JD using all possible recruitment
methods – Web Sourcing, Portals, Postings, Social Network, Databases,
Referrals and Contacts.
*Assessing the profile by screening the right fit according to the
requirement of the JD based on parameters like communication, education,
experience and last drawn salary.
*Schedule the screened candidates to conduct interviews and process all
prospective candidates get offered from the company.
*Onboarding the selected candidates on the mentioned date with proper
documentation after receiving a selection confirmation from the company.
