  • Ensuring that the Company’s infrastructure and its services are up and running meeting predefined SLA.
  • Ensuring that daily IT operations and service delivery are properly executed.
  • Developing infrastructure plan and capacity planning to meet business growth.
  • Applying policy / rules defined and promote it to its team.
  • Managing IT Helpdesk and IT Infrastructure and Operation team.

 Job description:

  • He/She will manage all operations related to IT infrastructure and service delivery
  • He/She will manage demand from users on IT services and supervise the delivery
  • As a strong technician, He/She will provide technical leadership, create and manage infrastructure plan and standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap
  • He/She will manage change initiatives properly and in a systematically manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change
  • He/She will organize, supervise, and develop Helpdesk and Infrastructure team. 
  • He/She will escalate to General Manager – IT any new request that is not part of standard catalogue of services
  • He/She will communicate to General Manager – IT with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays,
  • He/She will mutualize resources, reduce TCO, centralize services, study opportunity for cloud
  • As a decision-maker, He/She will decide what technologies will be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project, assemble project team, assign resource allocation, select vendor, recommend to buy the IT systems using approved IT budget , etc.

Educational background

  • Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT with various roles
  • Minimum 3 years in supervising IT infrastructure or same role
  • He/She should have excellent IT technical skills on server, storage, network, security, cloud services, server virtualization and business continuity and disaster recovery

Strong technical knowledge on

  • IT Infrastructure architecture and capability planning
  • Server: AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access, virtualized.
  • Storage: DAS, NAS, SAN
  • Network: LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN
  • Security: firewall, antivirus, IPS/IDS
  • Servers (Dell/IBM).
  • Cloud services
  • Server virtualization (VMware platform).
  • Business continuity and disaster recovery.

Soft skills

  • He/She are open minded and eager to learn.
  • He/She have a client service orientation, dealing with difficult situation, developing others, team leadership, teamwork and cooperation
