Reports to: Corporate Training Business Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives based on the client needs
  • Coordinate with Business Head/KAM/Content team for content preparation based on the client needs
  • Trainers / moderators to be on boarded as per the project requirement & ensure the project top line and bottom line are met
  • Vendors to be identified and on boarded within the price points (ILT trainings)
  • Manage Multiple Training Projects VILT & ILT simultaneously
  • Ability to identify the business requirements of clients
  • Ensure monthly training dashboards are published to the management / client
  • Ensure all the batches attain 85% plus attendance
  • Close coordination with State & Central Client Coordinators and ensure excellent customer service
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Eligibility
  • Age: below 35
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Vernacular Requirements: Good Communication skills & leadership skills
  • Computer Skills: Well versed with Online Virtual Platforms, should have handled TMS/LMS earlier
  • Qualification: Should be a Graduate, preferable MBA Graduate
  • Experience : 4-8years of Experience in Training Industry (BFSI/Retail)
