Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Manager at TMI is responsible for Managing sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area. 

These are some of the duties and requirements of a Pre-Sales Manager.

  • Required Experience Range from 6- 8 years.  Experience with market research on market trends across regions and industry.
  •  Lead Generation through social platforms like Linked-in Sales Navigator, Facebook etc
  • Online market research and catalogue to build database, generate leads.
  • Research and provide competitive analysis on competitors, identify market trends pricing/business models, sales and methods of operations
  •   Should be able to make cold calls to customers on need basis. 
  •  Good Communication skills (drafting and calling) and Analytical skills. 
  •  Skill Set : Excel, PPT, Good in Communication skills in Speaking & Writing, Research Online/ offline, Usage of Social media for research and sales i.e., LinkedIn.
  •  Preferred # Experience from CSR (Delivery or Training or Sales), NGO and BFSI Training Background.
  • Must have excellent Selling skills
  • Must  possess a good technical knowledge

  • Vernacular Requirements: 
    • Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

    • Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations , Emails and worksheets
Education Specifications
  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred


Years of relevant experience:
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of related experience is required
