|Work experience||A minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in Service Delivery, Client Management and Team Management|
|Duties & Responsibilities||Client Engagement: Understanding & Delivering client requirements
Revenue Target– Achieving Revenue Targets
Team Management: Conducting periodic Performance Reviews with the team to meet Client requirements. Focus on development of team members via training, coaching and mentoring to achieve organizational goals. Retention of team members
Delivery Coordination with the team. Adherence to performance and Process Compliance. Drive teams performance to meet Client requirement.
Delivery Coordination with Vendor: Coordinating the Client requirements through Partners and Vendors and retention of the same partners. Acquiring and Managing Channel Partners
Process Compliance: Daily reporting to Project Managers. Highest level of process compliance as per TMI and per Client
Service Excellence: Strive to go beyond customer expectations and consistently meet client requirements
|Key skills(must have)||Knowledge : Knowledge of sourcing Talent, based on client requirements, Ability to create Sourcing Avenue, Drive Job postings, campaigns and ability to attract Talent
Skills : Ability to guide the team in sourcing from different platforms, Client management and Client Engagement, Team Management , Vendor/Partner Management

Vernacular Requirements: Should be fluent and well conversant in English (Oral and written) and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be an added advantage.
Computer Skills: Proficiency required in MS Office, Emails and Spreadsheets.
