With its beginnings in 1991 TMI Group has emerged as one of the most respected names in the HR industry. As the Indian economy opened up in the early nineties, the demand for overall manpower, skilled workers, and talent surged—an opportunity that TMI took at high tide and has ever since moved on from success to success.

 

TM Inputs and Services Pvt. Ltd. was started by IIMA alumni, T.Muralidharan and T.Lakhdawala providing recruitment and advertising services to clients in 1991.

 

Then in the year 2000 with the dawn of the dot-com era, when the knowledge sector witnessed a shift to digital C&K Management came into the picture backed by a strong PE fund.

The new company soared in the content & knowledge space catering to the needs of e-Learning requirements of the corporate world.

Then in 2009, a chance visit by T.Muralidharan to a remote village in Rajasthan served as an eye-opener as he realized the skill gap between the rural and urban youth. TMIe2E Academy was started to impart skill-based training to millions of underprivileged youths.

T Muralidharan, TMD as he is called, is the founder Chairman of TMI Group. He is an IIT-Madras and IIM-Ahmedabad alumni. He is an author of two books in HR space, entrepreneur, accredited journalist, FICCI Telangana chapter chairman, and social worker. He has guided over 30,000 candidates in shaping their career.

B Ravi Ramakrishnan, BR as he is called, is the Group CEO of TMI Group. He is IIT (BHU) and IIM-Calcutta alumni. He is leading practitioner and advisor on learning solutions and training. He is also a board member of Unitedway, a non-profit working in the fields of education, income and health.

Peter Ballem, is the Chief Operating Officer of TMI Group. He has over 30+ years professional experience in information technology, finance and operations. He heads the IT practice at TMI including IT staffing and international placements. Peter also heads the HR function of TMI group.
