TMI Group presents the first of its kind People Performance Center of Excellence to help organizations in FMCG, FMCD, and FMCD sectors hire and manage their FrontLine Executives and Managers (FLEM) efficiently.

The center aims to bring together HR professionals and academicians to collaborate and share their experience & expertise in this field to help build higher-performing & successful frontline workforce. The Center will conduct research, public insights, communication findings, organise workshops, and provide training

The objective of the Center of Excellence is to work closely with organisations to uncover more and more truths about their people performance and work closely with them to correct it.
