TMI Group inaugurates new corporate office in Hyderabad

Hyderabad-based TMI Group, one of India’s largest HR services firms, inaugurated a corporate office on November 5, 2022.


The new corporate office was inaugurated by Mr.Mahender Reddy, IPS, DGP of Telangana police. Mr.K.Pradeep Kumar, EVP & Head HR at Coromandel International Ltd, Mr.Bhaskar Reddy past  President, FTCCI, Ms.Sunita Krishnan, Social Activist-Prajwala, and Mr.P.Jairaj Kumar, CMD-Ocean Sparkle & President- CEO Clubs India were other guest and speakers at the event attended by many senior executives from leading organizations.


The theme of the evening was Social Commitments of Business Enterprises – Beyond CSR.


Starting the proceedings, Mr.B.Ravi Ramakrishnan, Group CEO, TMI Group, outlined the various social sectors related work that TMI Group partnered with since 2011 with renowned organizations such as the UN, the World, and many other multilateral agencies. Many initiatives sourced funding from CSR of benevolent organizations to skill Indian youth to be gainfully employed.


Chairman of TMI Group, Mr.T.Muralidharan said, “TMI GROUP , after 31 years have launched TMI Group  2.0. “TMIG believes that corporations and working professionals will face huge challenges in Performance and retention in the next 10 years, driven by work automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI). Over 10  million Front-line Executives and Manager (FLEM) work force , in on-roll, off-roll and in third party rolls, in India alone,  will be impacted.  TMIG will be a pioneer in People Performance Consulting and has adopted TMI 2.0 strategy to stay relevant and to be the first mover in performance – driven Integrated HCM services (IHCM). TMIG will integrate Consulting, Solution Development & Deployment with Technology-Assisted fulfilment services across a range of HCM.“


Mr.Bhaskar Reddy, past President FTCCI, outlined the challenges SME organizations face in implementing the 2% CSR spend rule from the government. He called for support to SMEs in meeting these challenges. Also, he mentioned that his organization is keen on supporting the efforts of NGOs that are low on their administrative expenses to ensure higher benefits to the needy.


Ms.Sunita Krishnan, founder of Prajawala shared her experiences of receiving CSR funds from corporates in her effort to rescue women affected by trafficking. She called upon corporates not to indulge in CSR to meet norms but instead consider CSP – Corporate Social Partnership to deepen the social and corporate efforts to build a safe and just society.


Mr.Pradeep Kumar, EVP, and Head of Human Resources Coramandel Group outlined the CSR efforts of the Murugappa group to ensure that its customers, the farmers are positively impacted in their life beyond their products. As part of CSR education, health and sponsorship of girls’ education and environmental care are focused upon. The employees are encouraged to participate in delivering CSR and recalled the tremendous efforts during Covid.


Mr.Jairaj Kumar shared that Ocean Sparkle had initiated Ocean Sparkle CSR efforts much before it was made mandatory. Hrudaya, an organization that provides heart surgeries to children of the underprivileged is supported both in person and as an organization. Apart from Hrudaya, many other organizations are supported by Ocean Sparkle while focusing on the spend and reach of benefits to the needy.


The chief guest, Mr.Mahender Reddy DGP Telangana, while recalling TMI’s efforts in helping youth find jobs highlighted the success of the CCTV project in Hyderabad as an example of CSR efforts by individuals and organizations. To build the ambitious CCTV project, Hyderabad Police reached out to society members, housing localities, and corporates to build CCTV networks that were further integrated into the CCTV network of the state.


He shared that police of Telangana is working on ensuring that the policing process does not come in the way of people living safe and dignified life. Technology is being deployed to ensure that citizens who abide by the law are not disturbed and those who need support are provided within the least time and maximum convenience.


A brochure covering the social impact projects of TMI was launched by the dignitaries. Children from Udbhav School entertained and enthralled the audience with their cultural performance on the occasion.


The new corporate office in Ashok MyHome Chambers in Secunderabad is spread over 5,000 sq. meters with a seating capacity of over 300 employees. It houses the teams of all TMI group companies – TMI Group, TMI Network, C&K Management, and TMIe2E Academy.
