With beginnings in 1991, TMI Group has emerged as one of the most respected names in the HR industry. As the Indian economy opened up in the early nineties, the demand for overall manpower, skilled workers, and talent surged—an opportunity that TMI took at high tide and has ever since moved on from success to success.
TM Inputs and Services Pvt. Ltd. was started by IIMA alumni, T.Muralidharan and T.M.Lakhdawala for providing recruitment and advertising services to clients in 1991. Then in the year 2000 with the dawn of the dot-com era, when the knowledge sector witnessed a shift to Digital C&K Management came into the picture backed by a strong PE fund.
Then in 2009, a chance visit by T.Muralidharan to a remote village in Rajasthan served as an eye-opener as he realized the skill gap between the rural and urban youth. Thus TMIe2E Academy was started to impart skill-based training to millions of underprivileged youth.
